Many people who have packed their backpacks and gone traveling will confirm that the above is true. You can find numerous stories on the internet about travel withdrawals, post-travelling blues, or even depression. After all, for the past few weeks or months your life was all about adventure, exploring, and experiencing the excitement of discovering new worlds around you. However, as beautiful as it may sound, travelling cannot go on forever. The vast majority of us will have to return to a more regular life at home at some point. And then – what? You just return and continue as if nothing happened?
